The “I” contains Tao of the holy sages fourfold:

In speaking, we should be guided by its judgments;

In action, we should be guided by its changes;

In observing objects, we should be guided by its images;

In seeking an oracle, we should be guided by its prognostication.

In the state of “I”,

There is no consciousness;

There is no action;

It is quiescent and still.

But as being perceived,

It penetrates all situations under heaven.

If it were not the most divine in this universe,

How could it do so?
